Their mortgage department is the worst in the industry. Bait and switch, finance the house for a payment of $1650 then raise it to $2359 in less than one year due to escrow issues. Then, to add insult to injury, demand $2153 in two weeks or begin forclosure due to a property tax increase. All this in 15 months. I recommend your local load shark over Chase.
