Direct TV
In March Of 2009 we signed up for Direct TV programing for 24 months. We were offered the $5.99 a month warranty service plan at signing and decided to take advantage of the warranty. The warranty covers defective equipment among other things. Since the first day of having Direct TV service we have been experiencing an issue with the blue button feature on the remote control.
