I have worked in collections. I have never treated my customers that bad or have been that rude. I will never understand these "scare tactics" and the people who defend this company. I have an account w/ this company and since I was unaware of deployment orders could possibly help us out. I am fighting them to dispute the charge. Being angry trying to get the consumers to pay on their bill. Will never work!! Keep referring to the state laws but pretty soon you will be kicked out of all states!!
