First of all I went on the internet to schedule a free home appointment to get measurements and find out how much it would cost to put laminate flooring in my livingroom, dining room and hallway. The woman who called me back made an appointment for September 5th between 3 - 5 pm. At 2:30 on that same day the same woman called me back said that the representative from their company was stuck in traffic so he hadn't made his first appointment so we need to reschedule.
