My husband and I purchased this mattress on the advice of our son and his wife. They purchased their mattress 2 years before we purchased ours and they have never had an issue with theirs. At first the mattress was really hard but we were told that it would soften over time. The 90 day trial period ended and we seemed to sleep better, that is until the softeness of the mattress continued until we could literally feel the platform foundation below us as we tried to sleep.
