Made a Hotel reservation thru hotwire. Checked out a day early due to personal circumstances. Hotwire would not refund me the one day or give me a credit for a future stay. Will never use this service again. Will book directly with the hotel. Also this was listed a 3.5 out of 4 star property. It was not. It is a regular median level hotel. Almost a residence Inn. Actually the 2nd word is INN. And the rooms are small. It seems they inflated the prices and what I paid was the actual value. read full review »
