This was a supposedly free trial offer, if one paid the shipping cost of $3.95. After I received and tried it, I informed the company that I was dissatisfied and that I would cancel my order. Now, a month later, they are charging my credit card for additional shipments at $79.95. When I tried to use their toll-free number, I spent over an hour on hold, then was given the automated message that the number was not available. When I tried to use their website - www.myordersupport.com - the sign-in wouldn't work and the Live Chat failed to deliver. This is definitely a scam! read full review »
