I tried the free trial however they did charge my account. Then in a couple of weeks they sent me a new box that I returned for a credit to my account. I also called the 800 number (on hold for 20 mins then the phone hung up) and e mail support (no reply) and ever received an answer or credit to my account now I'm out of $87.00 and they still have my account number I hope there are no more charges.
