Chihost.com is the worst I've encountered in my ten years of paying hosts. They recently outright refused to help me unless I paid more monthly fees. Furthermore, they won't refund my account. Each time they made a big server change, I suffered. My files would be moved to a different IP and they'd insist they didn't change anything. After they made changes to their email setup, I could no longer receive emails from ebay or paypal.
