I purchased a 2009 antivirus protection on december 4th 2008 because my computer slowed down and I kept getting pop ups saying my computer was in danger of a virus. I paid 49.99 and registered. I thought nothing of it until i got my credit card statement a month later and i saw a charge for 49.83 and a 1.49 foreign transaction fee for cure-soft shop moscow russia. I knew something was not right so I got on the computer and found out I had been scammed. I had to cancel my credit card and get new ones with a different account number. I will probably not get my money back either. I just want to warn others so they do not make the same mistake that I did. read full review »
