i had an account with them for over 3 years with a phone number at my old address. i had to move this past jJuly of 2009 and that is when the night mare started. it is now sept. 6 2009 and i still do not have a phone account with them. they said to send them a copy of the phone bill with the new address and phone number on it. i have sent them 3 faxes and they state that they still have not recieved them. my husband is getting very pissed offf and i am stressed out tot he max. i had to move and do everything myself and they are not helping me their reps are very rude and obnious and they hang up on you in middle of a conversation. read full review »
