I have been requesting information from the University of Phoenix financial aid processing department for two months now. I have completed and faxed to them several FERPA forms in order to retrieve information consisting of my financial aid and loans. I provided them with a student verification form to complete and the first time it was sent to me by mail and e-mail filled out incorrectly.
