After having Vonage for over 1 year I decided to cancel 01/13/2009, after being put on hold three times and given the run-around then an offer to stay with Vonage for 19.99 per month I refused and insisted they cancel the service. The rep was incredibly rude and told me I would have to pay 44.47 in cancel fees, I asked her if she is OK, she obviously was deluded.
