NCO has been calling me looking for someone with the same name as my son, I am still not satisfied that they have the right person. I have relayed the message and told them so. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling me, and they still call at least twice a day. They fail to identify themselves until I demand that they do so. Now I am treating them like the criminals they are. In my state it is illegal to repeatedly make a telephone call with no intention of legitimate conversation.
