I tried paying for my iPod that I won on EBay. The company kept refunding my money and told me that I had a PO box on my account. When I replied explaining that I do not have a PO Box on my account they pretty much told me I was lying (I gave them my actual address several times). So I went to their site and changed my address on their site. But they still said I had a PO Box. After a few email exchanges they decided to get (I guess the person with the worse attitude) to call me. This chick left a very rude message on my phone and followed up... read full review »
