While the company did write a standard retort they failed to add that they did not in this instance "do all they could" we were making payments that were more than the interest on the loan. we had just sent them $600 then $200 two weeks later but they said we were still $1000 behind in payments. we sent in no less than $200 a month on a $356 loan so how in the *** do we get that far behind? they said that they tried to work with us but the only working they wanted was all the money at once or they would repo the truck, so they did. no... read full review »
