In a nutshell, I switched from AT&T and went with Verizon. I expected a termination fee for one phone. Instead I just got the bill today for $799.87. It has prorated charges for service we didn't use and termination fees for ALL 4 phones. PISSED is NOT what I am, I am LIVID! Did call them but of course they offered no help, as usual! When my service kicked in with the new carrier, I called AT&T to get an idea of my final bill. i was told all fees were waived. Not true. Now it's WAR! read full review »
