GE Profile Washer

In May of 2009 I purchased a GE Profile top loading washer. I have had nothing but problems with it. On May 5, 2010 my washe rstopped agitating also wouldn't spin. After waiting until June 10, 2010 a very nice repair man came and fixed it. That was last Thursday afternoon. On Saturday morning June 12, 2010, the washer stopped working again. Holeshotz Performance

My 15 year old daughter saved her money for a year. She ordered a X19 HR super bike from Jay at HoleshotzPerformance. She sent him $649. on April 5, 2009. He has still not sent the bike and he refuses to refund the money. He won't return my calls, or answer his phone. He did call me once claiming again that the bike was on the way. I found a comment from him on his other web site (minimoto) stating that he knew the bikes were not going to be available when he took her money.
