Merchant performed services which were not authorized. All the services performed were incorrectly or poorly performed. None of them actually fixed anything that was requested. Merchant incorrectly diagnosed the transmission and electrical problems. These were subsequently fixed correctly elsewhere. Further problems in the vehicle occurred right after the vehicle was picked up. Immediately after picking up the car, it would not turn off.
