On December 21st I got a call from this company so called Rain Soft for a short survey. A few days later, they called to say that I had won a free, no obligation gift, and they only wanted to test our water. The free gift was a two night stay at a hotel and there were to be many choices of nice hotels to stay at. I was very skeptical, I did not wanted to do anything without my husbands concern so I had the lady call back and talk to my husband.
