This company not only are they not honoring them they continue to try and sell senior citizens extended warranties that are 40% of the sale price which I see as excessive since you should not pay more than 10% of the purchase price for an extended warranty. My parents recently experienced a salesman Sears store try to sell them an extended warranty on a washing machine that was a little over 40% of the sale price!
