We tried to order service from them to replace our existing service with Dish Network in order to save $. They set up an installation date for a Sunday between 8-12 noon. At 1:00 we decidede to call to see where they were. Direct said there records showed it had been delayed and would now be between 3-5pm. We were aggrivated that we had sat home waiting and they had not bothered to call. Anyway we said ok- things happen. Dish said they would give us $100 credit for the inconvenience.
