My husband rented a condo from this Website. I honestly did not think anything of it. We had rented from VRBO.com before and other rentals by owner and never had a problem. The problem started when we got to the condo. Check in was at 3:00pm and we arrived around 6:00pm. When we got to the condo it was not cleaned. So I called the number from the Website and left a message-no one called back so we waited and called again and Kelly answered.
