HP mini hard drive failed. I was living in Evanston IL for the summer when it failed. Box to HP was sent to Evanston. I then moved to Maryland and called customer support to change my address. They said it was changed. They then sent the supposedly repaired laptop back to Evanston. Evanston did not accept delivery and the computer was returned to Hildago, Texas. See HP customer order WMY812 - 01 . I now have called HP customer support in India every day for almost two weeks and they say the computer will be sent to my Maryland address within 48 hours.
