I purchased a free trial of this product, and canceled the membership on December 19, 2008 with a custom support representative named Jessica. No further shipments were to be sent. January 12, 2009 they sent another order for this product plus another product and charged my credit card $44.90 for each product. Totaling $89.80 this is a huge scam.
