orderd merchandise in october, they stated delayed delivery. items were held up in customs. waited another month, then cancelled order. they e-mailed me back confirming cancellation and promised refund asap. after 4 or 5 inquiries about refund that they promised I was told to contact my credit card company or my bank to file a complaint. it was approx. a 90.00 purchase, and won't make me or break me. they also use an automated answering so you can't get anywhere by phone I may not get my money back but I will spend as much time and... read full review »
