They are selling empty ink cartridges and decide no refunds on opened items. Somehow the person on the phone wanted me to figure out that the ink they sold me was empty without opening the package. If I could do that I would have left it on their shelf. Now I get to wait for the manufacturer to get around to doing something about it. They had no problem taking my money right then and there. read full review »
