On a very busy day, I watched them talk three ladies into unnecessary service. The ladies clearly didn't know anything about cars and they took advantage of that. They talked to the men much differently by the way. I saw all three buy air filters and I was close enough to see all the filters were NOT that dirty. They bought cabin filters, oil line flushes, etc but when a particularly vulnerable lady almost bit on a transmission service, I stood up and suggested she check with her husband first.
