Bought this product for my daughter, which is in a different state it was shipped to her and she could not use the product. the company had send twice and i had my daughter send it back. I called the company and after serveral times trying to get a hold of someone I cancelled and was told my bank would be credited. As of this date Jan.2009 i have yet recieved my credit. I'm waiting for a manager to call me back. As of last call I was told that the product was returned but I did not ask for a refund. This is totally uncalled for. What kind of business is this?
