I bought a prepaid Virgin phone in 2006, when I moved to town. I don't need a cell phone, only for emergencies and to contact my husband if needed. I put the account on a credit card so that they could "top it" when needed, for $15. Instead, they top it every two months or so, and I now have $150 on the card. It will take me years to use this amount, as I NEVER use the phone. I cancelled the top off service, but I am still angry that they could use my credit card as they wish, rather than only when needed. Watch out for this company!! read full review »
