Used a single load machine for $1.75 with a downey ball so I could use fabric softener, and after 26 minsm, I opened the machine to find fabric softener all over my clothes. Found the employee, described the situation, he came over to look at it. And told me that because I "choose" to use the downey ball, they can't be responsible. Not holding you liable for the clothing I just want another $1.75 for the rinse my clothes will now require, since your machine did not work right.
