I ordered a dress weeks ago. When it didn't show up, I contacted the company. The representative, Shennea, told me that they failed to tell me the dress was out of stock. She had a different dress that she could send me instead. When I told her the date I needed the dress by, she said she couldn't get it to me in time. The company could have sent it Overnight or 2-day priority mail and had it to me in time.
