Went in with a strange noise that was quickly diagnosed as a bad bearing in my alternator. 3 hours and $400 dollars they charged me and still made no difference in the noise. They tried to make it about me. Wanted me to "accept" that it was an older car and that it is possible that MULTIPLE things had gone wrong all on the same day. I'll take it to Barley GMC down the road. at Barley's - They make you feel like family even if you do have out of state plates. Avoid BIg 10 for any repairs.
