I have been through hell over the past 3 days and 4 nights because of this company. They mistakenly turned off my electricity and acknowledged that it was their mistake. However, they had absolutely no sense of urgency about correcting the situation. On December 6, I submitted an online order to transfer service from my apartment to my new home.
