Very unprofessional service. Sales person did not clearly lay out my options, only the ones that would make him the most money. I wanted month to month service with no contract as advertised, but he just looked at me like an alien. Went with a 2 year $40 per month service and paid for the modem in full. When I got home the service did not work, could only get one intermittent signal strength LED and with that it was slow as dial-up.
