Sirs, ms., earlier in this year, March 09, I filed bankruptcy, and I listed National City Bank, Dayton, Ohio as one of my creditors. In my March-April statement, I was billed twice by my phone company on my internet account. The phone company was authorized only one charge per month. I contested, and filed a complaint with National City over the second charge. Account with phone company was closed May 20, 09.
