You charged a fee to my credit card which I did not request as I was trying to get a copy of my credit report and being new at the computer I must have made a mistake and I never was able to get a copy of the cr. report but all kinds of charges apeared on my card I was able to reach the others by phone and get the problem cleared up but could not get anyone on the phone in your office.
