Bought my manufactured home mortgage from another lender in 2007. After having paid my timely payments over the last eight years I've recently discovered they claim I have only paid off $3640 after having paid over $30k on the loan already. I am confident there is creative financing and TILA violations here. I have an appt with a real estate attorney next week, and am arranging for a forensic audit of the entire life of the loan. read full review »
