I placed an order on 11/10/08 for Ugg boots that were in stock. My credit card was billed and I never received the product. I sent an e-mail before Christmas and their reply was they were doing everything possible to ship the order and would contact me once it was shipped. Never heard another word. I since sent 2 e-mail and have not receive a rely. My last e-mail I requested a full refund, but I have not received. read full review »
