Have ordered patterns via postal service a few times and had the wrong items sent, or half an order, so decided this time as I was in a rush to order downloadable patterns. Supposed to arrive in your inbox within 15 mins. 2 days later, still waiting. Also no replies to 2 emails sent asking why. I will NEVER deal with this company again. read full review »
