I have been using BB&T Online for awhile. When they first began with the overdraft fee's, I felt maybe it had been my fault. But, after using their so called customer "Fraud Service", I realized it's not really a services. If they refund money to me on behalf of some company that rip me off, within the next few weeks, they will find a way to take that money back and more in overdraft fee's.
