In April I ordered a Scout Rig rowing frame and oars for installation in a canoe from Gary Piantedosi at Piantedosi Oars. At the end of May he still had not shipped my order, citing a back-order of parts and could not give an estimated shipping date. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Gary Piantedosi promised to refund my money. Since then I have not received my money back. I've called repeatedly, emailed repeatedly to no avail.
