The same thing happens to me all the time with Marlboro Medium 100's regarding the middle of the cigarette falling out. I called their 800 number and was told they never heard of such a thing (LIARS) . Then they said they would look into my complaint and also would send me some complimentary packs of my brand (LIARS again.)
