WHEN i looked up my bank stastment i noticed a charge of $33.98 That i did not sign or go to any web site for any loans or ID protection I want my money back. I will not give up untill i do. my cancellelation number is 4148234 I called the 1-866-781-7649 right away. I talked to a lady named carrie. I have e-mailed four times give them the information they asked for on the refund web site. but still no refund of my money $33.98 when is my money going to be put back in my acount.
