On August 28th 2009 I went to Now Hair Salon in Scranton PA to have my hair chemically relaxed for the second time. Upon leaving the salon my hair started to fall out exccessively! They refunded my money and did an "extreme makeover" mask on my hair which made no difference! I continue to loose more hair each day and they have not contacted me since to ensure that my hair is okay.
