About 2 months ago I ordered the tempurpedic solutions bed. It took me almost an hour to do it over the phone because of the incompetent staff! They kept hanging up on me every time I was put on hold. It was supposed to be free shipping both ways but there is a $138 fee that they could not explain to me and about $175 restocking fee if you decide to return it.
