I stayed at Holiday Inn Charleston House Aug. 13-15, 09 for TD Jakes conference. I was so displeased with your service. My complaints are as follow; wrong room (2double beds instead of a king size), only one light worked in the room, mattress on one of the beds was sunken in, iron would not remain plugged in the wall socket. We contacted the front dest, yet no one came to replace the lights or anything. It was such an inconvenient stay and I was totally disappointed with your service. I do feel that I should be reimbursed due to your company's lack of service. read full review »
