For anyone who has recently been charged (unauthorized) by either Landmark Clearing or Ongua (obviously an abbreviation for OnGuardId) please call 1-800-454-5303--where you will be answered, no doubt, by someone who either speaks heavily accented English or is barely able to speak any English.
