I received a check in the mail today for $5, 998.89 along with a letter explaining that I had won $150, 000. The check was supposed to be part of my winnings to pay for the Non-Resident Government Service Tax. After reading numerous other complaints on this website, I realize that this is just a scam under a different name. I was asked to contact a claim agent before prior to cashing the check.
