I ordered a puppy package from Petstreetmall on August 25, 2009 via their website and 2 days later I got a call from one of their agents who told me that my credit card was declined. I told that agent that there shouldn't be any problems with my credit card and that he should try to run it again. Five days later, I called Petstreetmall to check if they were able to process my order and they said that my card was again declined and that I have to try and order again online.
